Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and the School of American Law organized by The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. together with the JU Faculty of Law and Administration. He specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring law. He advised in the first prepared liquidation (pre-pack) conducted in Poland, as well as a number of subsequent such operations, which are the specialty of the Firm. He also participates – in various roles – in all restructuring proceedings available after 01.01.2016 (sanctioning proceedings, arrangement proceedings, accelerated arrangement proceedings, proceedings for approval of an arrangement).
Vice-Chairman of INSO – Section of Insolvency and Restructuring Law of the Allerhand Institute in Krakow and Member of INSOL Europe – an international organization of insolvency law practitioners and theorists. Prodean of the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors for Legislation. Superintendent of commercial law companies. External expert included in the Team appointed by the Minister of Justice to develop draft amendments to the laws on consumer bankruptcy and the Team for the amendment of the restructuring law in connection with the implementation of Directive 2019/1023. World Bank expert on the legal aspects of insolvency in the Doing Business report and Global Indicators analyses.

Since 2015, he has received an individual recommendation in the category of bankruptcy and restructuring law in the Rzeczpospolita Ranking of Law Firms, as well as receiving a recommendation in the international ranking of Who’s Who Legal, and in Band 4 Restructuring / Insolvency ranking of Chambers Europe 2020 and 2021.
