(,,Alerion”), whose management board members and partners are Karol Tatara legal counsel and qualified restructuring advisor, and Maciej Knopek – legal counsel and restructuring advisor, acted as administrator in the sanitation proceedings of Badura S.A., which proceedings ended with the conclusion of a composition agreement with creditors, and subsequently the composition agreement was validly approved by the restructuring court. Subsequently, Alerion served as supervisor of the implementation of the arrangement until its execution, which was confirmed by the relevant restructuring court.
