About the our Law Firm
We currently face new challenges and looking for out-of-the-box solutions. The team of Tatara & Partners advised on the first pre-pack (prepared liquidation) and the first arrangement in Poland providing for struck-off of an entity from the National Court Register (KRS), as well as conducted pioneering proceedings using a liquidation arrangement, conversion of public receivables into shares, as well as an arrangement in bankruptcy.
Since 2010, as restructuring attorneys and advisors, we have supported all participants in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings – debtors, investors, creditors, as well as receivers, supervisors/managers and restructuring and bankruptcy courts throughout Poland.
Our experts participate in many precedent-setting and largest projects in this field in the country. We also provide services in English and German, including participation in cross-border projects.

Elsta sp. z o.o.
We are hereby pleased to confirm that the lawyers of the law firm Tatara and Partners sp.k. (the “Law Firm”) advised ELSTA sp. z o.o. in the capital group restructuring project (the “Project”).
In particular, as part of the Project, the Law Firm prepared, implemented and executed the restructuring strategy, and conducted negotiations with key creditors.

We hereby confirm that Alerion sp. z o.o. (,,Alerion”), whose management board members and partners are Karol Tatara legal counsel and qualified restructuring advisor, and Maciej Knopek – legal counsel and restructuring advisor, acted as administrator in the sanitation proceedings of Badura S.A., which proceedings ended with the conclusion of a composition agreement with creditors, and subsequently the composition agreement was validly approved by the restructuring court. Subsequently, Alerion served as supervisor of the implementation of the arrangement until its execution, which was confirmed by the relevant restructuring court.

We hereby confirm that lawyers of Tatara i Wspólnicy sp.k. (the “Law Firm”) as well as restructuring company Alerion sp. z o.o. (“Alerion”) have advised SMEO S.A. (“Company”) on a project concerning Company’s restructuring combined with new investor involvement within distressed M&A (“Project”).

Blikle spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (hereinafter: the Company), I am hereby pleased to confirm that the team of Alerion sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow (hereinafter: Alerion Company) and the law firm Tatara i Wspólnicy sp. k. with its registered office in Krakow (hereinafter: the Law Firm) successfully conducted the Company’s restructuring proceedings in the form of an accelerated arrangement procedure, using the institution of conversion of receivables into shares.
