Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Commissioned by the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Court in Krakow, he acts as a receiver and court supervisor. Conducts exercises in bankruptcy and restructuring law for trainee attorneys on behalf of the OIRP in Krakow.

Legal counsel in the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law Office Tatara and Associates, previously he was, among others, Director of the Legal Department in one of the large real estate development companies in Cracow. He has experience as a member of the Supervisory Board of a company with State Treasury participation.
