Bankruptcy, including prepared liquidation (pre-pack)
We offer professional preparation of bankruptcy petitions, taking care of the legal security of executives. We advise all participants in bankruptcy proceedings. We represent clients before the interim court supervisor, trustee, bankruptcy court. We also have extensive experience in preparing applications for prepared liquidation.
Restructuring, including liquidation arrangement
We develop strategies for clients for restructuring – judicial and extrajudicial. We provide professional advice in all available restructuring proceedings. We support Clients in negotiations with key creditors. We also propose unconventional solutions – such as a liquidation arrangement combined with deletion of the entity from the National Court Register.

We hereby confirm that, starting in 2017, the lawyers of the law firm Tatara and Partners sp.k. (the “Law Firm”) have advised the InPost/Integer group in a number of restructuring projects using proceedings regulated by the laws: Commercial Companies Code, Restructuring Law and Bankruptcy Law. As part of the Project, the Firm’s lawyers conducted, among other things, two simultaneous accelerated arrangement proceedings, using the institution of partial arrangement, and led to the Court’s final approval of the arrangements.
Expondo Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k.
We are hereby pleased to confirm that the lawyers of the law firm Tatara and Partners sp.k. (“Law Firm”) have advised expondo Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k. in the Expondo Group restructuring project (the “Project”). In particular, as part of the Project, the Law Firm, in cooperation with the legal advisors of the Company’s Shareholders, prepared, implemented and executed the restructuring strategy, and participated in negotiations with the key creditors covered by the partial arrangement, i.e. the banks.
Mostostal zabrze

Elsta sp. z o.o.
We are hereby pleased to confirm that the lawyers of the law firm Tatara and Partners sp.k. (the “Law Firm”) advised ELSTA sp. z o.o. in the capital group restructuring project (the “Project”).
In particular, as part of the Project, the Law Firm prepared, implemented and executed the restructuring strategy, and conducted negotiations with key creditors.
Cooperation on this Project began in 2019, and continued until 2021.
badura s.a.
We hereby confirm that Alerion sp. z o.o. (,,Alerion”), whose management board members and partners are Karol Tatara legal counsel and qualified restructuring advisor, and Maciej Knopek – legal counsel and restructuring advisor, acted as administrator in the sanitation proceedings of Badura S.A., which proceedings ended with the conclusion of a composition agreement with creditors, and subsequently the composition agreement was validly approved by the restructuring court. Subsequently, Alerion served as supervisor of the implementation of the arrangement until its execution, which was confirmed by the relevant restructuring court.

We hereby confirm that lawyers of Tatara i Wspólnicy sp.k. (the “Law Firm”) as well as restructuring company Alerion sp. z o.o. (“Alerion”) have advised SMEO S.A. (“Company”) on a project concerning Company’s restructuring combined with new investor involvement within distressed M&A (“Project”).

Acting on behalf of A. Blikle spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (hereinafter: the Company), I am hereby pleased to confirm that the team of Alerion sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow (hereinafter: Alerion Company) and the law firm Tatara i Wspólnicy sp. k. with its registered office in Krakow (hereinafter: the Law Firm) successfully conducted the Company’s restructuring proceedings in the form of an accelerated arrangement procedure, using the institution of conversion of receivables into shares. The proceedings ended with the successful adoption and subsequent final approval of the arrangement by the resctructuring court. Our cooperation began in the fall of 2020 and continues today.
