Z dumą informujemy, że w XIX Rankingu Kancelarii Prawniczych 2021 Rzeczpospolitej, nasza Kancelaria została wyróżniona w kategorii restrukturyzacje i upadłości (za liderem – kancelarię Zimmerman, Sierakowski i Partnerzy), a mec. Karol Tatara – radca prawny i kwalifikowany doradca restrukturyzacyjny został uznany za indywidualnego lidera w tej dziedzinie, ex aequo z mec. Patrykiem Filipiakiem.

The organizers of the Ranking mentioned Karol Tatara (qualified restructuring advisor and attorney-at-law) and his team for creating and assessing the so called Covid-19 Shields with regard to business law. Karol Tatara took part in discussions on restructuring and insolvency law related issues, including simplified restructuring proceedings, which is meant to facilitate and accelerate restructuring proceedings in the Covid period and is available until the end of June 2021.
The ranking in Polish is available in Rzeczpospolita Daily (issue of 28 July), as well as on the Internet. Moreover, on YouTube you can find a video from the Ranking’s Gala, this year taking place online.

- our Law Firm has been ranked 1st in the recommended law firms within restructuring and insolvency, just after the leader – Zimmerman & Partners;
- Karol Tatara was ranked as a recommended lawyer within the restructuring and insolvency law field, just after the leader – Piotr Zimmerman, on 1st place, ex aequo with Patryk Filipiak;
- The Law Firm was mentioned as one of law the firms leading in transactions on the market – for engagement in restructuring of Kopex S.A., and sale to TDJ (another counsel to the Kopex was Allen & Overy).
Rzeczpospolita’s Ranking is based on recommendations from other law firms. The Jury, including professionals from the financial sector, legal employers and Rzeczpospolita Daily, selects leading transactions.
In the transaction Ranking our Law Firm has been mentioned: Having just nine licensed lawyers the law firm Tatara & Partners advised Kopex being acquired by TDJ Group. It is sometimes possible for such transactions to take law firms outside of Warsaw, acting locally. However, there is no lottery and ad hoc choice, because decisive factors may be previous engagement and expertise (like restructuring).
We would also like to mention that it is the third time in a row that both the Law Firm and Karol Tatara are listed in the Ranking.

On 30 March 2011 attorney-at-law Karol Tatara received the Best In-House 2010 award for the merits in the arrangement bankruptcy proceedings of Miraculum S.A. (formerly: Grupa Kolastyna S.A.).
