Czy rolnik b\u0119d\u0105cy konsumentem mo\u017ce og\u0142osi\u0107 upad\u0142o\u015b\u0107?<\/h2>\n<p>Nowelizacja ustawy Prawo upad\u0142o\u015bciowe potwierdzi\u0142a, \u017ce <strong>rolnicy<\/strong> tak\u017ce mog\u0105 zg\u0142asza\u0107 wnioski o og\u0142oszenie <strong>upad\u0142o\u015bci konsumenckiej<\/strong>. Nowelizacja ustawy z 2014 roku doprecyzowa\u0142a kr\u0105g os\u00f3b, wobec kt\u00f3rych mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 og\u0142oszona <a href=\"https:\/\/tatara.com.pl\/blog\/kiedy-warto-przeprowadzic-upadlosc-konsumencka\/\">upad\u0142o\u015b\u0107 konsumencka<\/a>. Ustawa wprost zaliczy\u0142a do tego grona osoby fizyczne prowadz\u0105ce gospodarstwo rolne, a nie prowadz\u0105ce innej dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej i zawodowej, tj. rolnik\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: medium;\">Skutki likwidacji gospodarstwa rolnego<\/h2>\n<p>Rolnik wobec, kt\u00f3rego zosta\u0142a og\u0142oszona upad\u0142o\u015b\u0107, skutkuj\u0105ca <em>zako\u0144czeniem prowadzenia gospodarstwa rolnego<\/em>, ma prawo zachowa\u0107 benefity wynikaj\u0105ce z ubezpieczenia w KRUS.
